Le Petit Larousse illustré 2017, dictionnaire dit de référence, admet la forme « réouvrir » ce qui devrait mettre fin à un contentieux chronique entre experts. Il convient de souligner que le couple rouvrir/réouvrir ne pose pas de problème sémantique, à la différence de ranimer/réanimer où il y a deux sens différents. De plus, cela mettra fin à l’incohérence rouvrir/réouverture. Au mieux peut-on conserver à rouvrir son usage littéraire confirmé.
